Love Food Nourish Life Cooking Course
A wholesome series to integrate healthy food and expand your repertoire of delicious dishes to delight your every day dining. Master the essentials of nutrionally balanced eating and learn fresh, new recipes for macrobiotic meals that will develop your health and vitality. Learn about food choices and cooking styles, and recieve guidance on integrating your tasty and healthy eating style.

Seven exciting, packed classes, each including a full three course meal. The course will:
- inspire your wisdom around wholefoods,
- teach fresh recipes which you will create and enjoy, and
- demonstrate gentle, effective exercises to expand your physical energy

  1. Vitalising Breakfast Thursday 6th October pm
    Establish a healthy breakfast and your day is sure to flow. Explore a variety of healthy breakfast dishes and taste the impact on your digestion and energy levels. Menu includes cereal mix porridge, tofu scramble, fruit delight, nut and seed bars, buckwheat pancakes and vitalising miso soup too!
  2. Natural Luncheon Thursday 13th October pm
    Explore healthy and portable lunch ideas that can be prepared quickly and will leave you feeling fully nourished and energised. Menu includes hearty soup, yummy stir fry, vitalising wraps, seasonal salads and much more.
  3. Healthy Treats & Snacks Thursday 20th October pm
    Eat well, feel good and sustain stable blood sugar levels. Menu includes a great selection of energising snacks and our favourite sugar free treats.
  4. Wholegrain wonders Tuesday 1st November am /Thursday 3rd November pm
    Focus on the powerful qualities of wholegrains to cleanse your blood, sustain your energy, balance your body and expand your mental clarity and experience an abundance of grain dishes.
  5. Plant Proteins Tuesday 8th November am/ Thursday 10th November pm
    Harness the power of plant proteins to delight your appetite and expand your health. Learn how to use a diversity of beans, tofu and tempeh cooked in an array of delicious hearty styles. Find out about the profound health benefits and inside tips for creating beautiful bean dishes with ease.
  6. Vegetable Heaven Tuesday 15th November am/ Thursday 17th November pm
    Marvel at the many ways with vegetables and experience delicious leafy green servings, root vegetable casseroles, pressed salad digestive aids and vegetable of the sea power
    side dishes to boost your health. Learn how to use vegetables in a variety of styles to create balanced meals and detoxify your body.
  7. Pure Puddings Tuesday 22nd November am/ Thursday 24th November pm
    Treat yourself to sugar free goodness and explore the creation of delicious healthy desserts! Investigate different desserts including yummy cakes, fruit jelly and cream, relaxing puddings free from baked flour.
