Based at the LA Fitness gym in East End road in Finchley, over my years as a trainer i have helped my Jewish clients reach their goals and shed that challah and chulent fat!

Whether it was to improve fitness, loose weight, tone up, body build and bulk up or simply to maintain healthy living!

I work with people from all ages, sex, disabilities, injuries, personal issues and various body types. I have a large number of clients from the jewish community and understand the food impacts and that at some times of year it is difficult to train.

I specialise in core and stability strengthening, circuit training, kettle bell training, various free weight methods, inc circuit weight training, general cardio fitness and weight loss methods during one to one sessions and small group training sessions

I have studied and have the knowledge of various nutrition plans, ranging from basic diet plans to weight training toning and bulking plans.
