You are invited to visit Central United Synagogue at 36 Hallam Street W1 (a 5 minute walk from Oxford Street tube) to celebrate some key Olympics events in Jewish style!

For the working week commencing Monday 30^th July, why not stop by to watch some exciting Olympic events on our big screen?  The M & D Grodzinski bakery will be serving a delicious selection of kosher refreshments throughout the day from 11am.   No need to book! 

Sunday 5^th August - 7.30 pm  From Holocaust Survivor To Olympian - An evening with Ben Helfgott

Watch the Men's 100m semi finals & final in the company of our special guest speaker, United Synagogue member Ben Helfgott, a Holocaust survivor and former captain of the British Olympic Weightlifting Team. 

Tickets will include a three course sit down dinner with a choice of delicious dishes catered by Jasmine. £20 a head - £18 if you pre book by Tuesday 31^st July.

The United Synagogue's Living & Learning department, along with the Western Marble Arch Synagogue are delighted to invite you to a delicious, traditional Shabbat dinner on Friday 3rd August 2012 hosted by Western Marble Arch's Rabbi Lionel Rosenfeld.

The Shul's Friday night service will begin at 7pm followed by dinner at 8:15pm, both at the Western Marble Arch Synagogue, 32 Great Cumberland Place, Marble Arch, London, W1H 7TN.

The cost is: £18 for adults; £15 for children aged 6 -18 and £55 for families (2 adults and 2 children).

There is no charge for children aged 5 and under. Online pre booking is required for the dinner and must be made before midday on Thursday 2 August 2012.
