There is also a large shared living room.  The flat is shared by the owner, a young profesional. The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Kilburn underground staion on the Jubilee line and 10 mintues walk from west hampstead with many bars and restaurants. 

The room is available from 1st September for a long or short term lease. Less than one month tennacies will also be considered . The rent is £130 pcw not including bills
