Spring Kitchen Workshop Series

Refresh your food and energy with our Spring Kitchen Workshops.
Learn to create dishes that delight your appetite and expand your health.

Each session includes:
-Wholefood teaching
-cooking a variety of themed dishes
-enjoyment of a full, three course meal comprising several different dishes.

Join this inspirational series and share the benefits of wonderful natural food in a relaxed setting.

Thursday 10th March 2011 - Sushi Soirée

6.30-9.30pm Join our sushi evening, experiment with an array of Japanese ingredients and create a great selection of vegetarian sushi and other goods including miso soup and themed desserts too. Full dinner included.

Sunday 13th March 2011 - Taste Vitality

10am - 1pm Learn how to optimise your energy levels and keep your blood sugar levels balanced. Discover dishes and desserts that will slowly nourish your cells and keep you full of vitality all day. Workshop includes cooking and enjoyment of numerous yummy dishes. Full lunch included.

Wednesday 16th March 2011 - Spring Cleanse
